Khoai tây được phủ một lớp bột đậu xanh thơm thơm, bùi bùi, chấm tương ớt cay xè, cực kì hấp dẫn. Tranh thủ cuối tuần làm món khoai tây chiên bột đậu xanh cho cả nhà cùng thưởng thức nhé.
Cho 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/4 muỗng cà phê tiêu vào bột đậu xanh. Cho từ từ 1 chén nước lọc vào bột. Vừa cho vừa dùng muỗng khuấy đều để bột không vón cục. Khi nước bột tan đều, sánh mịn là đạt.
Khoai tây gọt vỏ, cắt thành lát mỏng. Khi cắt, gọt nên ngâm khoai tây trong nước để khoai không bị thâm.
Vớt khoai ra khỏi nước, để ráo rồi cho vào chén nước bột. Trộn đều để bột phủ kín miếng khoai.
Làm nóng 2 chén dầu ăn trong chảo. Nhẹ nhàng cho các lát khoai tẩm bột vào. Chiên ở lửa vừa, đến khi khoai có màu vàng đậm là được.
Vớt khoai ra, để ráo dầu.
Cho khoai tây chiên bột đậu xanh ra đĩa. Ăn ngay khi còn nóng giòn. Chấm với tương ớt.
