Reminds me of liverwurst. I am a vegetarian and have not eaten animal parts since 1976. (I am 74 years old) Raised as a carnivore, it seems nice to take burgers and sausages and or whatever tasting like the food I was raised on. You just have to find products that work for you.

Vegetarian Ham Salad
Used this to make a vegetarian ham salad by putting the links in the food processor and adding sweet pickle relish, diced onion, and Vegenaise. You could add what you prefer such as mustard or other spices. Had a nice smokey flavor. Glad my friend suggested it.
